WEC AZT&KZU Technology Delivery Manager:
Division GeoUnit Tech Delivery Manager is responsible for Lead and coordinates the activities of Resource Planning, Equipment Maintenance and Reliability assurance, Workforce Management and Planning; Operations Integrity process compliance. Ensure alignment and collaboration across workflows to achieve division goals. Assure compliance to process governance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency.
Skills:
• Resources Management (Assets, Inventory, M&S, Workforce):
- Expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and execution to meet revenue, profitability, and cash-flow targets.
- Strong resource planning and delivery skills using IBP/MRP for assets, inventory, M&S, and workforce.
- Ability to maintain supply chain integrity and resolve supply incidents effectively.
- Skill in consolidating net demand, identifying risks/opportunities, and managing escalations.
- Workforce optimization: capacity planning, utilization management, and competency development.
- Experience communicating workforce needs to staffing agencies and collaborating to reduce crew size and costs.
- Ability to identify cost optimization opportunities, redeploy excess capacity, and manage equipment/services.
- Competence in contributing to risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
Procurement:
Knowledge of sourcing and supplier management strategies aligned with organizational policies.
Ability to ensure compliance with supplier agreements and internal procurement processes.
Skills to support commercial and tendering processes, monitor purchase/work order variances, and identify sourcing opportunities.
Maintenance Management:
- Strong capability in planning, scheduling, and documenting maintenance activities.
- Experience in enhancing asset reliability, efficiency, and utilization.
- Ability to optimize maintenance costs (COSD, Cost per Standard Hour) and implement processes effectively.
- Skills in CMMS implementation, workforce competency development, and HSE compliance.
- Incident investigation and reporting skills for C, M, and high-potential events.
- Knowledge of Technology Fleet Performance and Digital Fleet Management Systems (DFMS).
Quality Management:
- Expertise in implementing quality and HSE management systems in line with internal and industry standards.
- Ability to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations and service delivery.
- Skills to conduct audits, investigate incidents, and drive RWP closure.
- Experience supporting high-risk PRA reviews and leading continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
Materials Management:
- Competence in safe, compliant, and efficient materials management operations.
- Ability to maintain inventory accuracy and complete timely inventory counts.
- Skills to develop and implement strategies to improve performance and meet service level targets.
