Minimum 8 years related field experience. Min 5 years international experience, and 2 years in Field Service as a lead technician.

Subsea Field Service Lead Technician:
Senior Field Service Team reprentative at well site/rig location
Enages and ensure that all pre-job abd post job requiremenst are conducted compliantly:
– Pre job briefs
– HARC validity
– Competency review and assesment of team members
– Post job debriefs
Ensure all works are conducted in strict adherence with applicable procedures and well site requirements
Assist with equipment site receipt and pre-mobilization testing onshore
Complete daily field service reports and associated reporting requirements whilst deployed at well site/rig location
Engage, manage and mentor field service team at well site/rig location
Ensure HSE requirements are strictly adgered to at all times
Report non-confiormaces via SQ reporting format
Liaise and engage with client representatives
Engage with training and assesment of field service team
Manage and supervise tasks at well site / rig location related to operations in line with applicable procedures and guidelines
Skills:
Min 5 years International SPS integrated EPC project
Min 2 years Field Service Lead Technician
Subsea systems installation and commissioning of HXT, completions and tooling
Subsea Interventions
Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
Problem solving ability.
Leadership skills to include ability to motivate colleagues & team members.
PC skills to include, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word & SAP knowledge preferable.
Have good foresight, initiative & ability to take accountability for their own actions and the team they are supervising.
Working knowledge of subsea equipment, tooling and associated limitations
Ability to read technical/engineering drawings
Ability to translate technical specifications
