PSD MANAGER PRODUCTION CHEMISTRY:
Managing Client’s Commodities contract, ensuring high quality service in order to secure full work scope following trial period.
Lead the RFQ for BP Specialty Chemicals (Production Chemistry) in order to give segment the greatest advantage to win this additional workscope also.
The above two projects will result in significant revenue increase for company, and to facilitate this, the following responsibilities will be in place:
To facilitate PT procedures relating to product supply are amended into the Company’s QMS system
To facilitate initial kick off meeting and be responsible for the tracking and close out of actions
To compile and prepare monthly reports and generate KPO reports
To instigate routine operation review meetings and business review meetings.
To coordinate with all Company’s departments to integrate PT
To be focal point for blend plant timelines
To be responsible for setting up products into all required systems and support demand planner during initial product supplies.
Responsible for developing training plans and competency matrices for personnel associated with the contract.
Managing Client’s Production Chemistry business – due to commence in March 2023 with first product delivery in Q4 2022
Essential Skills:
Significant previous operational oilfield. >10 years
Supervisory experience of field personnel >3 years
Production chemicals prior experience. >10 years.
Knowledge of oilfield production chemicals, Production Facilities both onshore and offshore >10 years experience
Knowledge of Production Chemistry analysis techniques >10 years
Knowledge of Schlumberger Production Chemistry product line and blending options, can independantly recommend products. >3 years
An understanding of general industry production chemicals practices and procedures plus an understanding of process equipment. >10 years
Good communication skills, oral and written, presentation, leadership, supervisory, team and organizational skills.
Competent computer skills and knowledge with good presentation skills.
Capable of multi-tasking and working effectively under pressure and time constraints.
Strong technical aptitude regarding production chemical products and services.
Ability to assign and delegate work, problem solving, discuss products and operations with clients internal and external, and evaluate performance results
Desirible skills:

- Basic Outsourcing Management skills
