General Field Supervisor:
The CC and Sand Control Tool Specialist is fully competent in the installation of the lower completion as well as the upper completion. Expert in the entire service delivery process.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
– Participates/Leads on Upper Completion and Sandface Installations.
– Participates/Leads on the job preparation process in accordance with Schlumberger or client specific Quality Plans.
– Submits accurate and timely paper work and job reports and captures any lessons learned.
– Performs in the role of a mentor to junior Field Specialist or Junior Field Engineers.
– Liases with the Client on location and assist in troubleshooting.
– Ensures installation procedures are followed without compromising safety.
– Maintains close client contact and fully understands clients’ technical requirements.
– Participates in equipment design reviews and ensures attributes are in concert with client operational requirements.
– Is responsible for tracking changes to original designs and Management of Change.
– Perform and interperates engineering programs in accordance to well conditions and clients requirements.
– Ensures Quality Control Program is in place and maintained throughout the job preparation/execution process.
– Participates in CWOP (Complete Well on Paper) or similar to ensure practicality and handling feasiblity of equipment.
– Designs and plans completion to ensure compatibility, reliability and safe and efficient installation.
– Assist Clients in troubleshooting associated with the services & equipment provided.
– Check and ensure the quality of data.
– Attend pre-job meetings with Clients to ensure objectives are fully understood and detailed procedures are in place.
– Attends post job meetings with client and reviews job performance and ensures lessons learned are recorded and appropriate action items are assigned and followed through.
