QUALIFICATION and JOB DESCRIPTION

- Minimum of 6 years of working experience for the Process Discipline in the crude oil refining and petrochemical related industry including utilities
- Daily tracking and reporting of units and chemical reagents
- Catalyst replacement and reception
- Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels
- Shall have strong technical and leadership competencies
- Good level in both written and verbal English
Job Description
- Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to technical processes and adjusting as needed.
- Support and improve process approach.
- Improve PIMS model, Sub Model and evaluate economic issues for daily production.
- Communicating and Consulting with all departments like operation inspection HSE etc.
- Chemical and Catalyst company coordination and evaluation for reports
- Commissioning strategy of new unit.
- Define action for Incident investigations and facilitating Fault Tree, Fishbone etc.
- Supporting HSE, Operation, Inspection, Planning, Maintenance etc.
- Evaluating the existing systems and comparing new technology.
- Communicating with licensor, catalyst and chemical company, technology company like phd, aspen study.
- Decision for new unit and preparing feasibility report.
- Leading process engineers and coordinating with other managers.
