Roles and Responsibilities:
The Job holder must perform all duties in line with Company procedures and:
- Overseeing and managing Early works activities.
- Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Manage the early work site contractors on a day-to-day basis, including monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance and review the work progress on a daily basis.
- Ensure proper and effective planning and execution of each assigned activities, including assets, equipment and personnel.
- Conducting regular risk assessments, promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging one.
- Participate or organize all necessary meetings, internal or external.
- Ensure high quality and efficient project team execution by being a real motivator for a satisfactory global performance.
- Provide technical leadership to ensure that applicable procedures and standards are followed.
Qualifications:
- Engineer/ Master Civil Engineering degree or other relevant and recognized qualification
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
- More than 15 years’ proven experience in major oil and gas project, onshore large project.
- Extensive Onshore Construction experience.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and tenacity and have excellent communication skills.
