Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise all matters related to general accounting including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, intercompany and other general accounting activities
- Supervise all matters involving financial reporting to Tax Authorities, SSPF, Statistics and Employment Fund
- Responsible for financial reporting to the client and parent companies, analysis and other financial information
- Financial input and negotiation on commercial and service provision contracts
- Assistance in commercial reviews and responsible for the financial part of commercial proposals
- Responsible for annual budgeting, monthly spend, budget vs actual spend analysis. Participation in budget meetings.
- Prime contact with financial auditors, tax and legal advisors
- Financial input during QPR (Quarterly Performance Review) and annual PRM (Performance Review Meetings) with the client
- Supporting development of new business opportunities and contribute to the strategic planning of business activity.
- Handle relevant confidential material relating to all financial aspects of the business and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
Qualifications:
- Educated to Degree Level
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
- A high-level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in area of Trade Finance [LC, TR, Bill Discounting, Bank Guarantee.etc…], Cash flow Management, Stock control, Bank Reconciliation and Insurance arrangements.
- Good Vender Management, excellent negotiator and communicator
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and team building skills with the ability to grasp new concept and deliver them in the most efficient manner
