QUALIFICATION and JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience for the Process Discipline in the crude oil refining and petrochemical related industry including utilities
- Working knowledge of trouble shooting, business strategies, and work planning
- Working Experience in Operation for crude oil refining and/or petrochemical industry
- Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels
- Shall have strong technical and leadership competencies
- Good level in both written and verbal English
Job Description
- Define process strategy and organization chart.
- Coordinating new unit commissioning activity with other departments.
- Support and improve refinery strategy and studies.
- Approval for chemicals and catalyst selection.
- Supporting HSE, Operation, Inspection, Planning, Maintenance etc.
- Communicating with government issues, catalyst and chemicals company conflicts, licensor issues for new unit commissioning.
- Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of technical process improvement initiatives.
- Guiding and supervising personnel who were assigned specific tasks.
- Performing ongoing analyses on technical processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
