2. AUTHORITY:

• Authority on behalf of the System Project Manager to initiate work and/or initiate variation requests to the contract scope of work, related to the respective work packages.
• Financial Authority as per the project specific project charter and regional guidelines.
• Act as Company representative and single point of contact towards Customer on sub-system and services matters.
• Authority to delegate specific responsibilities and tasks.
