Minimum 6 years related experience. At least 3-4 years in equivalent or level down position.

Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan Procurement & Sourcing Lead:
1) Account for the performance of the P&S organization (purchase price inflation, ontime delivery, supplier management, sourcing plan delivery, maintaining service level for internal customers)
2) Implement common procurement and sourcing policy and processes throughout the GeoMarket.
3) Identify key GeoMarket opportunities and prepares strategies in conjunction with global plan for procurement and sourcing. 43) Ensure trade compliance
4) Provide contracting and procurement support to internal customers
P&S key procedures and processes knowledge, P&S masterdata knowledge, process improvement experience
Office 365, SAP, 1S, SWPS, Oracle, Lawson user, analytical and presentation skills
