Required work experience: minimum 5 years.
Diploma or degree BSc. of Engineering degree, followed by Schlumberger’s courses applicable to Well Construction Measurement’s Logging and Measurements while Drilling courses.
WCM PSD Manager:
The PSD Manager is responsible for QHSE and directing field employees in safe, reliable, efficient product and service delivery, and for driving customer satisfaction and service quality. The PSD Manager drives field employee progression through competency development and performance evaluation. This person liaises with the BL PSD Manager for job life cycle support and technical and incident management. The PSD Manager ensures systematic usage of standard work and risk management, and provides visibility regarding crew and associated function’s SQ performance and continuous improvement opportunities. This person is responsible for the COSD (i.e. resource consumption.).
Skills:
• Capture customer Business Line and all local and international competitor activity in GAC.
- Identify and qualifies all sales leads and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity pipeline in C4C.
- Plan client calls and makes regular client visits to ensure appropriate call coverage of assigned accounts.
- Maintain C4C for accounts, including customer profiling, organizational chart, visit reports, and customer drivers.
- Work with management to develop sales goals and coordinate sales plans for the promotion of existing services and products and the introduction of new services and products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive products and services.
- Contribute to multi-BL activities.
- Support the marketing strategy of the BL.
- Monitor price structure and pricing levels and recommends necessary changes and price increases.
- Attend training courses to maintain knowledge of key technologies as well as competitor practices.
- Provide support for receivables management.
