• Proven focus on customer service and delivery with an extensive knowledge of oilfield equipment, parts and services
• Ability to work in high pressure situations, balancing both client and business expectations
• Range and depth of experience in business management, budget control, people management and safety leadership
• Previous responsibility for financial results, including a history of managing to results for both productivity and cost efficiency
• Advanced knowledge of Company products and services
• Extensive operation experience of the specific product line in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Technical Competency with product line Operations and Equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
This is a Project Management position which undertakes end-to-end projects of any size and reports to Area Director, permanent employment opportunity based in the Baku, Azerbaijan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects with the major customer in the region to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project, managing key stakeholders and delivering value based on changing expectations.
Works with the stakeholder to define and document Project Charter and Project Business Requirements
Develops overall project plan and key milestones in line with the Project Charter
Establishes effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
Tracks project performance providing status reports in a timely manner
Manages stakeholder satisfaction within the project transition period
Identifies and mitigates risks proactively
Understands and manages project interdependencies
Takes corrective actions as required to deliver complete scope, at desired quality, on time and within budget
Ensures stakeholders management through effective communication
Contributes to projects life-cycle improvement conducting post-project evaluation
Performs other project duties as determined by the PMO (Project Management Office)
Maintains the highest standards of corporate governance

Project Manager should demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises

Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement
