- Receives, examines, requisitions and records materials, supplies, tools and equipment.
- To input and track data and to maintain computerized inventory control records.
- Directs and participates in the issuing of materials, tools and equipment requisitioned by’ various departments.
- Initiates requisitions to replenish stock on the basis of material on hand in relation to departmental uses.
- Cleans the storeroom and other assigned areas.
- Reviews inventory, records and departmental uses of supplies in order to prevent over stocking of materials with a low turnover rate.
- Performs related work as required.
- Comply with company EHS practices.
Competency Requirements:-
- Should have at least 3 years work experience in any discipline in storekeeping practices, procedures and material handling
- Knowledge of the grades, terminology and uses of the supplies and materials handled in the assigned stores facility.
- Good in inventory management and document control while ensuring Traceability
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
- Good communication skills written and oral
