- Chemical Engineer or Engineering Technology Managament bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- 7 years of experience
- Knowledge in IT, proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication skills, ability to work within a team, and leadership abilities
- Commercial and financial literacy with a full understanding of how failures impact production, maintenance processes, cost efficiency, and the fulfillment of strategic orders
- Results-oriented and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- SAP PM,MMMRP, Microsoft Office Programs knowledge
- Advanced English
Job Description
- Execution of annual planning for material-technical resources (MTR) in coordination with relevant departments and regular monitoring (monthly, quarterly).
- Determining the annual usage quantities of materials, controlling inventory levels, and implementing initiatives aimed at continuously reducing inventory and reserve value.
- Planning the supply of materials in alignment with production and technical service requirements, as well as minimum stock levels.
- Estimating volume requirements based on planning assumptions.
- Identifying and managing risks to minimize the impact on the production schedule.
- Continuous monitoring of the status of measures related to material shortages directly impacting production.
- Ensuring that all work processes are carried out according to agreed standards and target deadlines, and identifying continuous improvement initiatives.
- Overseeing queries related to material coding in coordination with the Master Data team and technical functions creating Purchase Requisitions.
- Reviewing Purchase Requisitions by checking the availability of required materials and proposing alternative materials accordingly.
- Preparing regular statistical reports.
- Ensuring the establishment of procedures and processes for Material Planning.
- Performing other duties as required.
