Job Capsule:
Under general autonomy, responsible for driving culture of Right People (competency and development),
Right Process and Right Equipment in operations. Accountable for participating in Field Operations
Review (FOR) in the area of responsibility and for planning FOR and Self audits in all the locations within
the area of responsibility and plans FOR auditor training as necessary. Responsible for review and
reporting of all Service Quality (SQ) matters within a given area or country. Reviews and audits data
accuracy in online systems to include but not limited to CPI and SUMMIT/ORION. Assists Country/Area
Manager with planning and execution of new start-ups in country/area of responsibility. Skills typically
acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in engineering or similar discipline and 7+ years
of energy services field operations experience. Job role requires subject matter expertise in the field
operations of the PSL in which work is performed and the ability to understand PSL operations at the area
level.

Scope of Job:
Job role is solely responsible for the direction of a major functional arm or area of the organization which

Education, Professional Licensure, and Experience:
Completion of an undergraduate degree in any engineering discipline is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of
experience in Halliburton Product Service Line field operations which includes experience in the energy
services industry and management experience
Motor Vehicle Licensure:
Operation of a motor vehicle is not an essential function of this job. Driving history will not be used to
disqualify applicants and current incumbents.
Other Experience:
Good interpersonal and problem soliving skills are required to ensure efficient field operatons.
Role Specific Knowledge:
Knowledge of specific Halliburton Product Service Line. In depth understanding of SUMMIT/ORION, CPI,
and PM process.
Autonomy of Job:
With general autonomy: a large part of communications with a supervisor or manager relates to major
projects or department goals. Responsibility to management centers on the status of
department/functional objectives and decisions can impact an entire department/function.

1. Responsible for all service delivery operational audits (Self, FOR), in partnership with
PSL and regions

2. Accountable for ensuring that business has the right people with the right competencies
to be profitable

3. Communicating FOR results and action plans to PSL management 10
4. Conduct due diligence to ensure efficient mobilization in start-up locations 10
5. Accountable for ensuring that Global Halliburton Management Systems (HMS) are
being adhered to by PSL.

6. Accountable for engaging the necessary Global PSL resources to mitigate risks
associated with high risk potential operations requiring management of change.

7. Engage with PSL leadership to develop, review and implement hiring and training plans 10
8. Review and audit data accuracy in current and future online service delivery systems
(ORION, CPI etc.)

9. Responsible for conducting Review of Incident Significance (RIS) and TapRoot for hi
potential incidents
