QUALIFICATION and JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification
- Bsc in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering MSc/MBA is a plus,
- 10 years+ experience in Oil and Gas
- A technical management background is essential
- 10+ years management experience in downstream Oil & Gas Service Industry. Additionally, at least 5+ years of individual contributor / technical experience.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
Job Description
- Oversee Maintenance of Production Units
- Coordinate and plan the Major activities that affects value chain;such as T/A and Shutdowns
- Provide support to PU s by means of other functions of BU Maintenance Departments
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Advise the management team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.
- Establish maintenance processes / reliability improvement
- Ensure all PU maintenance department heads are fully informed of maintenance related objectives
- Monitor maintenance department performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made
- Conduct regular meetings with maintenance department heads to ensure that priorities are clear and coordination is good.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Set operational and / or performance goals for maintenance department which are achievable and tied to long-term goals
- Establish and monitor performance reporting systems for maintenance departments of PUs
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Support strategic planning and resource allocation
- Controling and approving of maintenance budget of all PU’s
- Support PU’s in complex asset related problem solutions
