Responsibilities: |

Ø Organizing and managing the work of the structural unit Ø Systematization of information on oil and oil products, reagents, quality indicators to be determined, methods of analysis and testing to be analyzed and tested in accordance with the regulations of process units and requirements of normative technical documents; Ø Organization and control of quality control of raw materials and materials entering the organization in accordance with the requirements of normative and technical documents Ø Ensuring the preparation of acts and other documents for filing lawsuits related to low-quality raw materials, reagents, catalysts received by the organization Ø Organization and control of periodic quality control tests of raw materials and products in technological facilities in accordance with the requirements of normative technical documents Ø Arranging and monitoring the compliance of finished products with the requirements of standards or specifications Ø Organization and control of standard inspections of storage, packaging, loading and transportation of finished products, as well as other laboratory tests that ensure the production of products in accordance with the established requirements Ø Ensuring the relevant structural units are informed about the purpose of products and semi-finished products on the basis of the results of laboratory tests, compliance of finished products with standard and technical conditions Ø Ensuring timely notification of the organization’s management and relevant structural units about low-quality semi-finished and finished products Ø Organization and control over the preparation of passports and other documents reflecting the quality indicators of the finished product Ø Participation in the work of the permanent commission to investigate consumer claims and requirements for products Ø Participate in the development of measures to improve the quality of products, as well as participate in monitoring the implementation of these measures Ø Ensuring the organization and conduct of research and testing in the field of technology improvement, development of new recipes, search for more economical and effective materials, improving product quality and increasing production Ø Analysis of the results of analyzes, tests and other research conducted in accordance with technological regulations and instructions, preparation and submission of reports to management and organization and control Ø Mastering and applying new analysis methods Ø Analysis of the results of analyzes, tests and other research conducted in accordance with technological regulations and instructions, preparation and submission of reports to management and organization and control Ø Carrying out research work, industrial-sanitary condition, factory indicators and fuel control Ø Organization of environmewntal work Ø Control of the industrial and sanitary condition |
