QUALIFICATION and JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification
- High school or preferably university degree
- Minimum of 15 years of working experience in oil and gas industry preferably in refining or petrochemical field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the operations (commissioning, startup, and shutdown of oil plants) related works
- Working knowledge of trouble shooting, and work planning
- Experience in operations team management
- Experience in occupational health and technical safety
- Technical drawing knowledge and good command of MS Office programs
- Must be flexible to work in two or three shifts
- Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels
Job Description
- Monitoring the results of laboratory analyses to ensure the quality of products is according to the specification
- Collecting, recording, and analyzing of the field operations data
- Making daily and planned maintenance programs for equipment in coordination with maintenance department
- Preparing the equipment for repair and following up the ongoing maintenance activities
- Taking necessary precautions to comply with the occupational safety rules and to prevent work accidents
