AZT SALES & MARKETING MANAGER:
S&M Manager is accountable for the overall success of multi-Division and integrated strategies & proposals, and defines the Most Valuable Customers in the GeoUnit. This role additionally engages their teams adopt and utilize the S&C Key Operating Processes and associated business systems to drive business results across all BL sales teams. This position is accountable for the accuracy and completeness of the GeoUnit customer activity in GAC and overall forecast consensus and accuracy. It is also responsible for the capture of the competitor integrated project revenues. This person is responsible for ensuring appropriate engagement of the GeoUnit S&C Population.
- Manage and enforce commercial drivers, trends and strategic planning to achieve/exceed targets for cash flow, budget revenues, pricing, and market share.
- Is fully informed on customer’s drivers, and processes, and proactively uses this information to further SLB objectives.
- Establish relationships with key customers and promote and role model a customer centric culture acting on relationship metrics like Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction.
- Define GeoUnit “Future Most Valuable Customer” and establishes multi-Division strategies to maximize market share.
- Accountable for multi-Division tender reviews, supports negotiation, and ensures approval requirements adherence.
- Ensure Team Selling with the aligned objectives of customer success factors and promote performance-based business models in collaboration with the Commercial Centers.
- Responsible for overall customer experience and SLB branding & marketing activities/events in the GeoUnit.
- Accountable for GeoUnit account management plans, corresponding C4C account maintenance, and overall account receivables.
- Responsible for multi-Division opportunities and sales strategies.
- Accountable for the GeoUnit CPA adoption (in support of the BL S&C Leads) and the multi-Division OEA & CES.
- Coach the GeoUnit sales team on opportunity strategy and early engagement and mentors their professional development.
- Demonstrate professional integrity, ensuring business ethics and quality are evident and serve as key differentiators.
