Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all work carried out within the contracts in accordance with IPS & Client H.S.E. procedures.
- Day to day Project Management Support for all Integrated Onshore/Offshore HVAC Services.
- Effectively manage all plant and equipment requirements, deploying all equipment in a timely manner for cost-effectiveness towards the client.
- Direct support for IPS Client Interfaces in implementing major campaign & project activities on a day-to-day basis.
- Assistance for all communications on and offshore for Client assets daily.
- Ownership of all reporting functions on and offshore.
- Assist in the issue and ownership of prioritized Integrated Plan in conjunction with IPS Planning Function.
- Assistance with the development and management of Integrated Workpacks.
- Assistance with the development and management of Work-Scope Controls.
- Assistance with the development and management of Commercial Controls.
- Assistance with required surveys.
- Provide support for asset management visits.
- Provide support for offshore management visits.
- Supporting the supervision of site/project personnel and ensuring best utilisation of resources.
- Providing technical expertise and advice in relation to FM projects/contracts.
- The monitoring & control of budgets and project expenditures within the business unit.
- Developing further business opportunities within BU and assist with the estimating process.
- Implementation in conjunction with Training & Competency of all training requests and competency profiles developments in line with current IPS procedures.
- Additional as per reasonable request by Client.
- Additional as per reasonable request by General Director
Requirements:
- 10 years experience in offshore HVAC Service
- 2-3 years experience in Managing HVAC services offshore and onshore
- Project Management certification
- F-Gas Certificate
- Excellent communication skills – Client facing
- Fluent English speaking and writing
