Job Description:
- Distribute work between team members;
- Assign people as per their skills and qualification level;
- Monitoring of respective tasks performed by the team members;
- Preparation and submission of respective reports on progress support and resourcing reports;
- Participation and organization of customer meetings in connection with project scope
- Liaise on HR and personnel related issues i.e. promotions, salary, performance review, recruitment;
- Mentoring engineers on specialized trainings/qualification education
Requirements:
- Minimum HND or equivalent in suitable engineering discipline or relevant experience;
- Experience in a planning role, preferably within the oil and gas industry;
- Experience in the operation of specialist industry planning software and systems;
- Good planning and organizational skills;
- Strong IT skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Basic offshore induction and emergency training (BOSIET)
