Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
Basic skills are gained by passing the Technical Training Program, where basic engineering / scientific principals learned through a STEM degree are applied to Cementing, and then by practicing these skills on the job. Additional skills are obtained by attending applicable advanced technical training courses and BAP training (Business Acquisition Process). |
Motor Vehicle Licensure |
Non-Commercial Driver’s License required. |
Working Conditions |
Working conditions infrequently involve some physical exertion, exposure to the elements or hazards inherent in the job which may include routine travel. |
