Caspian Recruiting Manager:
Coordinates and validates recruiting plans for both fresh-outs and experienced professionals.
- Matches recruiting objectives and business needs on a worldwide level, ensuring the proper diversity representation and focusing on both short-term and long-term needs (3-year forecast).
- Manages recruiting progress towards achieving company diversity goals.
- Approves the quality, consistency, and format of the Schlumberger corporate image at universities.
- Ensures common reporting method for new recruiting activities worldwide.
- Represents Schlumberger professionally at all recruiting activities, including career fairs, university visits, interviews, etc.
- Coordinates induction of new recruits and follows progress and success of new hires through the first year of their career.
Skills:
- Monitors success and effectiveness of training programs.
- Monitors current, and plans future, worldwide training facility capacity and utilization.
- Maintains standards for training course delivery and quality.
- Promotes the technical and soft-skill preparation of employees for future positions.
- Provides expert domain knowledge to assist in responding to questions and queries coming in through HR InTouch.
Learning Systems:
- Ensures our IT learning systems are best-in-class and supported adequately.
- Provides upper management with progress reports and key indicators to assess corporate efficiency in training and development.
- Promotes privacy awareness, manages and oversees the deployment of Data Protection requirements and the Company’s Privacy Strategy.
- Complies with all applicable Schlumberger standards and policies.
- Assists with the coaching and development of new team members.
- Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
