Responsibilities: |

Ø Responsible for; Ø Managing electrical and instrument maintenance department responsibilities, engineer, and technician team Ø Managing commissioning activities of the new process plants. Ø Managing producing standards, procedures, checklists etc. documentation according to international standards Ø Managing maintenance of equipment such as transformers, electric motors and controls, generators, generating power stations and associated switchgear of medium and high voltage, variable frequency controllers, transformers, UPS & PLC. Ability to read and understand process P&IDs, electrical SLD and schematic diagrams, Power Management System (PMS), Atmosphere Explosive (ATEX), all instruments, control valves, DCS&PLC systems. Knowledge in arc flash hazards & Hazardous area equipment maintenance. Etc Ø Managing sub-contractors, Ø Managing maintenance budget Ø Supporting Turnaround department Ø Reporting and following the daily activities to management Ø Participating and having active role in Operational excellence activities and Operational readiness activities Ø Managing the critical spare parts, tracking the spare part inventories, and ensuring the purchase of the spare parts Ø Working with the team and other department members to produce effective maintenance strategies Ø Setting Comptency and Training Matrix for related diciplines

What we are looking for: |

Ø Electrical Engineer or Electronics bachelor’s degree from a reputable university Ø Min. 10 years of experience Ø Knowledge about electrical equipments like transformers, electric motors and controls, generators, generating power stations and associated switchgear of medium and high voltage, variable frequency controllers, transformers, UPS & PLC. Ability to read and understand process P&IDs, electrical SLD and schematic diagrams, Power Management System (PMS), Atmosphere Explosive (ATEX), all instruments, control valves, DCS&PLC systems. Knowledge in arc flash hazards & Hazardous area equipment maintenance. Etc Ø SAP PM, Microsoft Office Programs knowledge Ø Maintenance Planning and Programming Ø RCM, FMEA, SIL, HAZOP, MOC,PTW and RCA, troubleshooting failures Ø Familiar with related API standards Ø Advanced English Ø Working on High Voltage Electricity Certificate
