Qualification
- University degree in engineering (chemical) disciplines
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge/understanding of refinery and petrochemical processes.
- Deep knowledge/understanding of petroleum economics
- Knowledge/understanding of refinery and petrochemical operation
- Expert skills in LP Modelling software and MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Having strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities
- Proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure with deadlines
Job Description
- Review and approval of final scenarios of long-term, mid-term and short-term production plans
- Review and approval of schedule scenarios for plant/logistic operations
- Review and approval of the results of mass balance reconciliation activities
- Management of the process and results approvement of back-casting analysis
- Management of the process and results approvement of re-planning activities
- Control and management of LP model development, identification and assessment of initiatives to improve model’s accuracy and flexibility
- Identification and assessment of optimization initiatives to improve plants economics, management of their implementation
- Coordination and communication of planning-related activities with stakeholders
- Convening “Hand shake” management meetings with HQ, Finance, Production, Technical Services for approval of long-term, mid-term and short-term plans and other results of planning activities
