Qualification
- Masters or Bachelors Degree, Electrical and Electronics Engineering ,Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience information technologies
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the crude oil refining or petrochemical industry
- Having strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities
- Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels
- Certificates (nice to have)
- Good level in both written and verbal English
- Project Management
- ITIL Foundation
- CCNA/CCNP
Job Description
1–To design the Operations Technologies infrastructure, which consists of critical infrastructures, Control Systems (such as DCS, Scada, ESD), operational software, data centers, systems, network and telecommunication components, clients and security components in the institution, in a way that will operate in a robust, reliable and stable manner, maintenance processes to monitor and support advanced (Level-2 and Level-3) needs, to make improvement and development plans, to follow the realization of updates, to manage and implement the supplier processes necessary for resolution
2- Consolidating, managing and reporting the projects within the scope of OT Responsibility
3- To keep the inventory information of critical infrastructures up-to-date
4- To analyze, report and suggest appropriate technologies for improvement, to follow these processes, to manage projects regarding systems and software and components within its area of responsibility
5-Analyzing the Virtualization Infrastructure, servers, data storage environments and components, supporting its operation, analyzing the update and expansion needs, determining and commissioning the requirements
6- Ensuring correct and timely addressing of actions from Cyber Security teams within the scope of responsibility
7- To define the requirements within the scope of responsibility for Operation Technologies specifications, to create standard specification drafts, to follow them and to ensure that they are put into operation correctly.
8- Defining and controlling processes and activities arising from legal requirements within the scope of responsibility, performing contractor processes and project management processes
9-To identify the problems related to the area of responsibility within the framework of coordination, cooperation and communication with the relevant departments like Maintenance, Operation, Technical Services, Advanced Process Control etc., to provide solutions, to guide the team in this process
10-To act in accordance with the company’s policies, mission, vision, corporate values, legal and other requirements as well as company ethical rules, policies, procedures, instructions, strategies and objectives; ensuring the adoption and dissemination of the relevant rules, policies and other requirements by the personnel in the positions under it; Informing the relevant units in case of any discrepancies observed within the company on these issues
11- To behave in accordance with the Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Culture, to comply with the rules of occupational health and safety, to notify the person in the senior position and the authorized personnel on OHS when a nonconformity is detected.
