Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and perform Industrial Survey to assess National Suppliers Database based on capacities and capabilities relative to the Project Design Basis
- Compile Local Content scope for each Project “Surface” Packages (Subsea, Onshore plant, etc.) to the level of engineering, procurement, construction, installation etc capacity and capabilities
- Perform Local Content Risk Analysis to identify exposures in terms of Quality, Safety, Price and Schedule
- Support team during constructability reviews by integrating experience and lessons learned from then Project
- Support Senior Project Company Representative in engagement with vessel owners to elaborate technical and commercial terms for the use of these assets, defining Vessel reactivation plans (Costs and Schedule), preparation of Local Content monitoring KPIs, definition of Execution Contractual Strategy
- Project Execution Schedule Preparation including proactive anticipation of potential planning issues with mitigations proposals (Risks based analysis) and opportunities to accelerate the execution.
- Project Risks & Opportunities management
- Construction Assets readiness plan
- Engineering support, review, feedback and proposals on Project documents
- Budget follow up, reporting, analysis
- Visiting Suppliers/Service Providers/Vendors/Contractors sites, facilities
- Preparation of Industrial Survey Forms/Templates
Qualifications:
- Engineering diploma or equivalent
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years in the oil & gas industry including experience in project execution.
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience and ability to work on cross-functional and transverse activities
- Broad project background and willingness to engage in several disciplines (Construction/Fabrication, Local Content, Contracts, Contractual Strategy, Execution Planning)
