Job Responsibilities:
- Establish a Quality Preservation regime that will provide assurance that equipment will remain in good condition and operable at all stages throughout the project.
- Develops and maintains Preservation schedule.
- Develops and maintains Preservation procedures.
- Develops and maintains Preservation check list.
- Develops Material Take Off for required preservation materials.
- Implement and maintain Preservation planning.
- Supervises Preservation activities.
- Completes Preservation reports.
- Conducts regular inspection as per Preservation Plan.
- Schedule, completes required preservation documentation.
- Prepare, maintain and control tools and consumables required for preservation activities.
- Take ownership of and develop the preservation philosophy and strategy.
- Review available databases/systems for monitoring and control of preservation regime, recommend and implement optimal system.
- Review Supplier documentation and ensure that engineering have confirmed preservation requirements are adequate.
- Ensure that Supplier recommendations are incorporated into preservation procedures and project program.
- Manage and control use, storage and safe disposal of preservation chemicals and materials.
- Identify and manage resources for preservation activities during long term storage/transportation.
- Attend/be represented at IRNs for major equipment to ensure correct preservation is applied and reservation regime for on-going project requirements is fully understood.
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company procedures, industry/ international standards and customer’s requirements.
- Monitor works and ensure maintenance of HSE/ QA standards at all times.
- Manage the performance improvement and development of staff in accordance with the training and competency plan.
- To developing and maintaining a good customer relationship in order to maximize and increase our services capability.
- Ensure that work is produced and delivered through processes which are capable, clearly specified and consistently controlled in conjunction with the Company’s Quality/HSE Procedures.
- Ensure that work activities are executed in accordance with the company’s Safety Management System and where applicable the customer’s site rules.
- Participating and assisting with internal and external audits.
- Adopting and promoting good working practices ensuring compliance with the Company’s Safety Management System and Quality Management System.
- Skills/Training Competences:

- Ability to interact with Mechanical-Electrical-Instrument Engineers & Technicians
- Deep understanding of engineering and Process Flow drawings/diagrams

- Experience of working overseas
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Years of working experience: 10 years’ experience in oil and gas sector
- Knowledge of language: English (fluent)
