As a Services Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for:
Reactive services growth, pricing, forecasting, billing to achieve financial targets.
Ensuring operational alignment with planning and KPI’s to optimise install base and improve processes.
Influencing and developing talent in the team to the required skill and knowledge base to deliver best quality of services.
Managing and communicating customer orders from order booking till final performance obligation completion.
Developing trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and growth opportunities.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have prior knowledge of Bently Nevada services or extensive experience of services delivery within a relevant environment.
Have a track record of delivering & fulfilling services to Energy & Power customers within region.
Be familiar with achieving KPIs; response, safety, quality, financial, customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and coordinate team resources.
Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
Be proficient in MS Office and SAP.
Have the ability to travel to customer sites or required locations within region, sometimes at short notice.
