              Job requirements

·         Relevant Bachelor or Master degree

·         Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

·         Experience from international projects using international standards

·         Experience from Joint Venures and early phase projects

·         Proven leadership skills

·         Personal integrity and strong ethical mindset

• Commercial mindset and strong analytical skills

·         Strong communication-, negotiation-,  and collaboration skills

·         Act as a role model for our values, safety and security expectations

·         Experience in driving change processes

·         Proficiency in English

·         The ability to work partner management and leadership including performance appraisal

·         The ability to work in a multicultural environment and demonstrate respect for local norms and customs of behavior

Responsiblities

The main responsibilities are, but not limited to;

·         Ensure business integrity in daily operation by delivering supply chain support in accordance with management systems and local legislation

·         Establishment and  implementation of supply chain strategy and procedures

·         Resparabagh Project , including logistics operations – for all phases of the project

·         Responsible for assets and inventory management

·         Ensure efficient requisitioning, analyze and forecast demand to meet the need of upcoming orders

·         Implement effective internal control, proper design and functioning of procurement management system

·         Ensure timely preparation of procurement plan and monitor its implementation by controlling processes including receipt of requisitions, , receipt and evaluation of quotations, bids and proposals and certain conditions of contracts in full compliance with  policies and project  procedures;

·         Facilitate discussions with suppliers and manage tender activities

·         Ensure full compliance of procurement activities, policies and procedures with legislation, internal policies and evolving company objectives

·         Ensure that category strategies are followed to ensure lean and simplified processes within supply chain

·         Follow-up and monitor Contractor’s performance

·         Advise on procurement and supply chain matters 

·         Perform Integrity Due Diligence checks, risk assessment and contract management

·         Maximize savings and cost avoidance through applying negotiation skills

·         Contribute to the PSC improvement agenda

·         Collaborate across the functions and secure an inclusive working environment
