Resource mangement – Field Service, site utilities, tooling & CAPEX requirements

Achieving Key Performace Indictaors (KPI’s)
Skills:
Min 5 years international experience in Project & Operations Management on integrated EPC subsea projects including:
– Oversight of major Installation & Commissioing activities of XT systems
– Management of supporting activities for major EPC project – onshore and offshore activities
– Maintining and facilititaing major equipment delivery schedules and associated Planned Preventative Maintenace programs
– Execution of major intervention and corrective action scopes
– Invenory management
– Cost control
– Change and variation management
Essentail: Secondary Education
Desireable: Further education (college/univeristy) in technical or management disciplines (or equalivant technical vocational training)
Min 5 years International SPS integrated EPC project
Managememt level of Subsea systems installation and commissioning activities
Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
Problem solving ability.
Leadership skills to include ability to motivate colleagues & team members.
PC skills to include, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word & SAP knowledge preferable.
Have good foresight, initiative & ability to take accountability for their own actions and the team they are supervising.
