Qualification
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of working experience in the crude oil refining or petrochemical related industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the operations, process, and production planning related works at a managerial level
- Working knowledge of operational excellence new layouts and performance improvement projects
- Working knowledge of trouble shooting, business strategies, and work planning
- Experience in occupational health and safety management
- Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels
- Good level in both written and verbal English
Job Description
- Managing performance improvement projects in the areas of operations, process, and production planning
- Supporting operational excellence team in making time studies, creating new layouts and overall improvement projects
- revenue and capital budgeting of the department
