Position Title: Project Consultant
2. JOB OBJECTIVE:
To manage and deliver the project in line with the agreed contract requirements
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
▪ Play an active role in ensuring that all HSE and Quality goals are achieved and where possible exceeded
▪ Provide consultancy advice to an Azeri Company on delivering a 17,000 tonne integrated deck. Advice will cover procurement, construction , completions and commissioning and Customer Management
▪ Establishment of the Project Execution Plan to include the definition of the project objectives and strategies, work scope, risk and opportunities, project delivery schedule, financial plan, quality and safety KPIs consistent with the terms of the contract ▪ Advise on administration of the contract agreement between Azfen and BP ▪ Advise on administration of the contract agreement between Azfen and its Sub Contractors whereby Azfens and the Clients interests are protected and costs managed ▪ To maintain a close working relationship with the client throughout the project ▪ Monitor and Control Project performance against budget, schedule, quality and safety requirements ▪ Participate and contribute in Project personnel development programs.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications: ▪ BSc ▪ Demonstrate Strong commitment to safety ▪ Ability to interface with management & personnel at all levels – Committed team player
Minimum Experience: ▪ 15 Years experience in a Project Management Role Job-Specific Skills: ▪ Knowledge of IOC operations ▪ Wide ranging Construction /Completion and Commissioning knowledge ▪ Hook Up Experience
