Job Description For Production Specialist
- High school or preferably university degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in the operations, process, and production planning related works
- Knowledge of refinery processes
- Simple engineering calculation skills

- Collaborate with production managers and other team members to develop production schedules and plans. Coordinate and monitor the flow of materials, equipment, and personnel to meet production targets.
- Identify and resolve production issues, such as equipment malfunctions or material shortages, in a timely manner. Analyze problems, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Identify potential safety hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Overseeing various aspects of the production process in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Effective completion of production tasks, meeting quality standards and delivery deadlines.
- To directly participate in the implementation of new techniques and processes in the area under his/her responsibility, as well as in the implementation of measures to increase the quality of work and performance.
- To ensure that the reports related to the production activity of the area are prepared and submitted to the relevant departments of the refinery within the specified period.
- To ensure the protection and effective utilization of the refinery’s property provided for the use in his/her area
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production outputs, material usage, and equipment maintenance. Generate regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
