Qualification

High school or preferably university degree
Minimum 5 years experience in the operations, process, and production planning related works

Job Description

Collaborate with production managers and other team members to develop production schedules and plans. Coordinate and monitor the flow of materials, equipment, and personnel to meet production targets.
Identify and resolve production issues, such as equipment malfunctions or material shortages, in a timely manner. Analyze problems, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Identify potential safety hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.
Overseeing various aspects of the production process in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Effective completion of production tasks, meeting quality standards and delivery deadlines.
To directly participate in the implementation of new techniques and processes in the area under his/her responsibility, as well as in the implementation of measures to increase the quality of work and performance.
To ensure that the reports related to the production activity of the area are prepared and submitted to the relevant departments of the refinery within the specified period.
To ensure the protection and effective utilization of the refinery’s property provided for the use in his/her area
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production outputs, material usage, and equipment maintenance. Generate regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
