At the annual meeting, the shareholders of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) decided to pay dividends for 2021 in the amount of $586 million, the company’s press service reports. It is noted that a meeting of the board of directors of the pipeline consortium was held in Nur-Sultan.
“The shareholders reviewed the financial statements of CPC in Kazakhstan and Russia and made decisions on the distribution of profits (dividends) for 2021. In favor of shareholders in June-July 2022, payments in the amount of about $ 586 million will be made, ”the message says.
CPC shareholders: Federal Agency for State Property Management represented by PJSC Transneft (trust management) – 24%, KTK Company – 7%, JSC NC KazMunayGas – 19%, Kazakhstan Pipeline Ventures LLC – 1.75%, Chevron Caspian Pipeline Consortium Company – 15%, LUKARCO B.V. – 12.5%, Mobil Caspian Pipeline Company – 7.5%, Rosneft-Shell Caspian Ventures Limited – 7.5%, BG Overseas Holdings Limited – 2%, Eni International N.A. N.V. S.ar.l. – 2% and Oryx Caspian Pipeline LLC – 1.75%.
