It is planned to export 255 thousand tonsof Azerbaijani oil via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline in the third quarter of 2021, the export schedule for the specified period.
According to the schedule, Azerbaijan will send 255 thousand tons in the direction of Novorossiysk in July-September against the planned figure for the second quarter of 330 thousand tons, the document says.
At the end of January, Transneft and SOCAR signed an agreement for pumping more than 1 million tons of oil through the Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipeline in 2021. SOCAR exported 413.66 thousand tons of oil via the Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipeline in January-May 2021.
SOCAR exported 613.29 thousand tons of oil via the Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipeline in 2020.
Azerbaijan has been transporting its oil via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline since 1997.
