Oil production in Azerbaijan in January-October 2020 amounted to 28 million 875.8 thousand tons, which is 7.5% less than the same period last year
According to the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the production of commercial oil in January-October 2020 decreased by 7.6% or 2 million 373 thousand tons – to 28 million 768.1 thousand tons.
Note that earlier, Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said that the government expects a decrease in oil production this year at 2.6-2.7 million tons.
The State Statistics Committee reported that gas production in Azerbaijan in January-October 2020 amounted to 30 billion 248.3 million cubic meters (an increase of 4.5%).
At the same time, production of commercial gas amounted to 21 billion 372.8 million cubic meters (an increase of 7.3%).
