Azerbaijan Increased Gas Exports to Turkey by 21% in January-February
In January-February 2020, Azerbaijan exported 1 billion 804.96 million cubic meters of gas from the Shah Deniz field to Turkey, which is 21% higher than the same period last year.

According to the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Council (EPDK),
In February, 859.78 million cubic meters of Azerbaijani gas was delivered to Turkey, which amounted to 16.34% of the total gas supply to Turkey (an increase of 25.84% compared to February 2019).
In general, in February gas exports to Turkey amounted to 5 billion 261.4 million cubic meters (an increase of 23.05% compared with February 2019). At the same time, pipeline gas accounted for 2 billion 739.06 million cubic meters (52.1% of all supplies), while LNG accounted for 2 billion 522.34 million cubic meters (35.6%). In addition to Azerbaijan, gas deliveries by the pipeline in the reporting period were from Iran and Russia.
It should be noted that over the past five years (2015-2019), according to EPDK, Turkey imported 36 billion 298.48 million cubic meters of gas from Azerbaijan. Over the past year, imports of Azerbaijani gas to Turkey increased by 27.3%.
