Export of Gazprom gas for the first 9 months of 2016 in terms of value decreased by 31.1% – to $ 21.58 billion; it follows from the Federal Customs Service statistics.
In real terms, exports of gas in January – September rose by 6.1% and amounted to 139.5 bcm. Shipments to non-CIS countries amounted to 116.3 bcm, an increase of 11.8%, and to the CIS countries – decreased by 15.3% – to 23.3 bcm.
The average price of gas exports in the first 9 months of 2016 amounted to $ 154.7 per 1 thousand cubic meters, a decrease of 35%, as it follows from the message of the FCS.
At the end of the same period last year, the average price was $ 238.3 per 1 thousand cubic meters.
Gazprom has laid in the stress scenario for 2016 the export price of gas at $ 151 per 1 thousand cubic meters. At the same time the main budget scenario assumes a price of $ 199 per 1 thousand cubic meters.
