The SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) has registered SOCAR Dalgic LLC subsidiary service company in the ministry of taxes of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani ‘Vergiler’ newspaper said.
Agalar Ibrahimov has been appointed the legal representative of the new company. The company with a registered capital of 100 manats was registered through a ‘single window’ system in the ministry of taxes of Azerbaijan September 21.
The company was registered at the following address: Salyan highway, 13th kilometer, Sabail district, Baku, Azerbaijan.
The members of the SOCAR Dalgic Supervisory Board include Mehman Orucaliyev, Mikhail Mirzoyev, Ilgar Sadigov and Ilham Nasirov.
