Slumop of oil prices at the world markets is a conspiracy, but Iran will overcome that, IRNA news agency quoted Iranian President Khasan Roukhani as saying on Monday.
“Iran will not suffer from tension caused by reduction of oil prices,” said Roukhani and added that the government know how to overcome this situation.
“Those who have masterminded slump of prices to pressure certain countries, will regret their acvtions,” said Roukhani.
He said they will be able to keep this tendency. “If Iran loses some profit in this situation, then other oil producing countries, such as Saudi Arabia and Kuwait will lose even more,” added Roukhani.
He added that oil incomes constitite 80% of budget of Saudi Arabia, 95% budget of Kuwait, while in Iran this index is only 33%.
This year Iran will increase non-oil export to compensate decline of oil revenues, said Roukhani.
He said total volume of oil incomes of the country will decrease by 30%.
