Oil price of $45.00 per barrel is a temporary phenomenon, said Fatikh Birol, senior economist of the International Energy Agency (IEA), during live broadcast of the Davos Forum.
“In the second half of this year we will see growth of oil prices and I believe that the oil price of $45.00 per barrel is a temporary phenomenon,” said expert. But the IEA senior economist did not say how much a barrel of oil will cost at the end of 2015.
