Istanbul’s gas distribution network Igdas Dogal Gaz Dagitim A.S. will be fully privatized, Kanal7 TV channel quoted Kadir Toppash, head of the Istanbul municipality, as saying.
Toppash said that the network will be privatized in November 2014.
The final price of the gas distribution network is fixed at 4.2 billion Turkish Lira, reported head of the municipality.
90% of Istanbul’s gas distribution network has been privatized earlier.
İgdaş Doğal Gaz Dağıtım A.Ş is among the biggest gas distribution networks in Turkey. It numbers over 5 million customers.
