On November 5-6, 2014 SOCAR will hold the II Forum of OGPC SOCAR in Baku.
A source from SOCAR told Turan that the goal of the Forum is to organize presentation of a new oil and gas refining and petrochemical complex, which will be built by SOCAR close to Baku in Garadag region.
The establishment of contacts and cooperation between the potentially interested sides, including engineering companies, EPC, contractors, licensors, makers of equipment and materials and the service companies, are planned to be discussed at the Forum.

Implementation of the project of gas refining plant construction is planned to begin in 2015 within OGPC.
