Last week average price of URALS oil (EX-NOVO), which Azerbaijan sells in Novorossiysk port under this brand name, totaled $99.06 per barrel, down $1.04 per barrel against previous week.
From September 1 to 5 maximum URALS price was $100.02 per barrel, while minimum – $97.83 per barrel.
Density of URALS is 32 degrees API, sulfur content – 1.3%. But during the sale specification of this oil brand changes depending on domination of higher or lower quality oil in it.
In August 2014 SOCAR delivered to the world markets 84,700 tons of oil via Novorossiysk port against 169,700 tons during the same period in 2013. Last year SOCAR reduced oil deliveries through Russia by 50.1%.
