The new installation built by SOCAR will reduce carbon outburst at the Heydar Aliyev oil refinery in Baku.
SOCAR reported that the catalysis installation No 55 at the Heydar Aliyev oil refinery will allow reducing outburst of CO and CO2 at the expense of cleaning of gas. It will also allow improving the system of cleaning of diesel fuel.
Heydar Aliyev oil refinery specializes in fuel manufacture. It refines about 5 million tons of oil a year.
