SOCAR Georgia Gas Distribution, SOCAR’s daughter company, bought 2 million cub.m. of gas from Ninozmind field in Georgia, reported the Georgian Oil & Gas Corporation (GOGC).
The auction for gas sale was announced on July 7, 2014.
“GOGC has held an auction to sell 2 million cub.m. of has extracted on the Ninozmind field. The initial has price was $300 per 1000 cub.m. with further increase by $5.00 during the auctions,” said the same source.
GOGC reported also that SOCAR Georgia Gas Distribution has won the auction by offering a price of $305 per 1000 cub.m. The agreement will be concluded with the company in the near future.
