Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev has invited foreign investors to take part in the privatization in the republic, it has been announced at the session of the Foreign Investors Council.
“I would like to invited foreign investors to take an active part in the privatization of at least 700 companies in Kazakhstan. I also urge the investors to revise their approach to purchase of the required products and services in Kazakhstan,” Nazarbayev said.
It has been also said that it is necessary to accelerate involvement of the private sector into education, health, water supply and other sectors, which were controlled exceptionally by the state.
Nazarbayev has instructed the government to involve foreign investors into management of colleges and universities.
“The government must establish partnership with the private sector using all new existing mechanisms,” he concluded.
