By 2018 SOCAR plans to complete reconstruction of the Gazimammed-Gazakh gas pipeline section.
SOCAR press office reported that the section is 210 km long.
The goal of the works is to ensure stable delivery of gas to Hajigabul, Kyurdamir, Agsu, Geokchai, Agdash and Yevlakh regions. All works on the gas pipeline had to be completed within 4 years.
At present the works are performed on the section between 114 and 138 km of the gas pipeline on the territory of Geokchai region.
