Job Description For Process Manager
Qualification
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the crude oil refining or petrochemical industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Operation or Process.
- Participate in HSE study, a risk-based study, FTA analyses
- Having strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities
- Demonstrated experience to lead projects and manage resources
- Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels
- Familiar with and mange the Turn around, Process and Operation Team troubleshooting, HSE approach, operator training, Start Up and Shut Down process, Catalyst and chemicals management, Aspen report analyses, KPI following and analyses
- Good level in both written and verbal English
- Good level of MS Office and reporting
Job Description
- Leading Process Team and Process studies
- Communicating and Consulting with the designer on process issue and give decision for process action.
- Commisioning new unit and Managing existing unit process issues
- Supporting Incident investigations and facilitating Fault Tree, Fishbone etc.
- Conducting and Preparing process training
- Monitoring the existing systems and look for troubleshooting and/or increasing efficiency, defining and solving problem, organizing other team, improving with collaboration of other deparments.
- Defining process route map and organization chart for process
- Evaluating with licensor, catalyst and chemical company, technology company like phd, aspen study
- Evaluating and taking decision for ER, Tender, Bidder evaluation etc.
- Supporting Phase 2 study and Defining missing point for future
- Defining design issue and solving problem related with process
- Supporting TAR scope, HAZOP study for Phase 2, new technology for gasoline and diesel phase unit
